Ringling.com is the consumer facing web site for Ringling Brothers / Banrum & Bailey - a division of Feld Entertainment. Ringling Brothers Circus has been a well loved attraction for over 50 years.

Ringling Brothers / Barnum & Bailey Circus

Thomas Wagner and Julius Kelly participated in the redesign effort of one of the country's best loved icons - the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus. After extensive brand identification and usability research, Deadline Advertising (Los Angeles) developed a very interactive exciting flash interface. Our team at SSG received the design docs and HTML cutups and proceeded to build out the entire site in ASP.NET , hosted in an Ektron Content Management System (CMS400).

One particularly interesting tech aspect has been the successful and quick integration of web services already in use by Ringling which formed the basic data provider for show information and tour dates. This information was dynamically mapped to a Google Map instance for easy viewing and ticket purchase. The project was such an all around success, it garnered the Ektron CMS Site of the Year Award Technologies utilized: Flash, Microsoft.NET, Ektron CMS, Google Web API
